Evaluation units
In some applications, it is not possible to use flow sensors with integrated evaluation, due to confined spaces or hard to reach areas. For these applications, ifm evaluation units combine with our flow monitoring sensors to provide process values. The Flow Monitoring Evaluation Unit product range from ifm includes options for control cabinet installation or local mounting. Depending on the product, it is possible to monitor flow, temperature and/or wire breaks simultaneously. Each ifm unit indicates flow on a highly visible LED bar graph. Directly connect flow monitors to the evaluation units at the point of measurement using an M12 connector when mounting locally. ifm sensors and evaluation systems are designed for flexibility so you can monitor flow values in areas that are out of reach or in confined spaces, while sending the data back to where it is best for you to access it.
