Operating software for object recognition

The operating software for the O2D object recognition sensor differentiates between the operating modes "Applications", "Monitor" and "Service Report". After power-on and connection to the PC the device changes to the monitor mode when an active application is saved. Here you can observe the sensor working. It is in the evaluation mode. A new application is created, managed, configured and tested in the operating mode "Applications". The sensor can store up to 32 applications (=parameter sets). The Service Report mode is used for diagnosis. The sensor stops the active application and all determined results. In the image field the current sensor images and all parameter objects such as search zones, tolerance widths, contours, etc. are displayed. In addition, you can open and save reports, make statistical evaluations as well as load, display and save the last images of good or bad readings from the sensor.
