KBL Series Peristaltic Metering Pumps - 158 GPH

LMI's KBL2 Peristaltic Metering Pump provides chemical feed flow rates to 17 GPH or pressures up to 110 psi (at lower flows). The Size 2 drive has an internal brushless DC motor and can be configured with SCADA or Modbus for remote communication and multiple I/O. Pump tubing in the liquid end can be configured for optimal performance based on application flow, pressure, and chemical. Tube material options are (A) Extended Life (XL) which is resistant to most acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents including 25% Sodium Hypochlorite, 30% Sulfuric Acid, 30% Fluosilicic Acid, Ferric Chloride, Alum, etc, (B) Chemical Resistant (CR) which is resistant to strong acids, bases, commercial sanitizers & cleaners, or (C) Petro-Tough (PT) which is ideal for fats and oils, lubricants, and some solvents Suction and discharge connections are made with 1/2" MNPT fittings or Compression Fittings for 3/8" OD Tubing (also included).
