TKW In-Line Paddle Wheel Flow Meter

The TKW Series digital paddle wheel flow meter sensor has been designed for tough industrial applications. This paddle wheel flow meter sensor has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive type of liquids. The plastic in-line flow meter sensor is a blind unit that is equipped with a bright LED flow indicator and can provide pulse, 4-20mA or voltage outputs. The re-engineered low-drag, and fluid-dynamic design of the paddle wheel allows it to stand alone as the industry's most accurate flow meter sensor.

Icon Process Control's chemical paddle wheel flow meter sensors incorporate a Tefzel paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. This liquid flow meter sensor, is the industry's longest lasting paddle wheel flow meter and it also comes with a lifetime warranty on the paddle wheel assembly.

The TKW series liquid in-line paddle wheel flow meter sensor incorporates a true-union design with body materials available in PVC, PP and PVDF. The TK3W Series Stainless Steel Flow Meter Sensor has a 316SS body and is available with NPT, flanged or sanitary end connections.
